deep down into the dark rooms
I came across these words by Ingmar Bergman;
'No art passes our conscience in the way that film does, and goes directly to our feelings, deep down into the dark rooms of our souls.'
Though I am a photographer and an admirer of many art forms,
I can't help but feel that he is right.
I can't help but feel slightly jealous of film for this very reason.
